Erin began talking about her Gruffalo party just after Alexs' 5th birthday. I kept thinking she would change her mind as she has a bit of a love / hate relationship with him. Alex received a stuffed Gruffalo toy from Grandma & Grandad and although she cuddles him....he is banned from the bedroom at night ! BUT... the Gruffalo theme was a definite ! I was a bit worried that it would be too dark and boyish but in the end i was really happy with how everything turned out ! This post will be VERY photo heavy, but what else would you expect !
Alex was the fox, Zack the snake, and of course Erin was the mouse !
We had scrambled snake (popcorn), roasted fox (chicken nuggets), Gruffalo chocolate crackles, mouse poo (choc raisins), purple prickle jelly and of course Gruffalo Crumble !!!!
