yes you are reading that correctly ... My little curly haired girl has such baby fine hair and it has taken this long to get to this lenght, i really didn't want to touch it !! But everyone kept saying "cut it, it will make it grow".... now i know that is not true but i agree it looks thicker and alot neater ! She hsad a great time and wants to go again next time but wants to get her hair washed like i did !!!
