one life gone....
Well Caspar the cat has lost one of his 9 lives ! On Saturday afternoon i took him to the vets after watching him all day and having that feeling the something wasn't quite right. The vet pretty much took a quick look and scooped him up and rushed off with him, while another vet came out and explained that they thought he had a tick and needed to be sedated and shaved ! So Erin and i walked out a tad shocked but assuming all would be well. By the time we got home Shaun had gotten a phone call from the vet saying it was very serious and unlikely that he would survive. Enter tears and guilt from the pregnant one...in fact i cried for most of the night :(( When the vet called the next morning and said he made it through the night i again burst into tears on the poor man !! They were amazed at how well he was pulling through and to cut a long story short, after three night in hospital - $500 later the boy is home....looking very skinny and hair free !! The shame hey Cass ...don't worry it will grow back !!

ReplyDeleteIts a great look ! Ha ha ! he is now called "the lion king" ! Everyone laughs then says ... oh its cute...so he doesn't feel so embarrassed !!
