Bush walker !!!

On Tuesday Shaun had the day off and we were deciding what to do and i suggested he take Alex on a bushwalk first. He has done the cliff walk and Little Marley a few times but they are only a couple of kms long. Shaun thought i was crazy to suggest the Wattamolla to Bundeena walk ...its 12kms ! But i watched him the other day, play at a party non stop, then straight down the beach for another 2 hours of non stop running ... i was sure his little legs could do it ! I drove them to Wattamolla and 3 and a bit hours later they arrived home...still smiling but pretty tired !! It normally takes Shaun 2 hours so 3 and a bit was really good, considering this was a kid walk...looking at snakes, lizards, Echidnas, bugs ect ect !  Think daddy might have a new walking buddy !!!
