Most of his friends turned 6 a while ago so the birthday countdown has been going on for a while ! He was so excited to finally be turning 6 !!! We had last minute plans on going camping somewhere close so Shaun could get to work on the Sunday, but the place we chose ended up being booked out. So i suggested camping in the garden ! He was very excited by this idea...which quickly grew into bonfires and marshmallows. We invited a couple of his friends from school, their siblings and their parents...and soon we had a little party on our hands ! So we celebrated his last night as a 5 year old having a ball !!!

The next day was of course the BIG DAY ! We opened presents with him, Had pancakes for breakfast, built the Lego, Darcy came over to play, we spoke to Grandma and Grandad on Skype then we had his cake ! So it was a bit of a birthday extravaganza this weekend...now i'm busy getting ready for the LEGO CITY party on Saturday !!!
