end of school party !

One of Alexs school friends had a "end of school" party on the last day...complete with the most amazing backyard waterslides i've ever seen !! It was a boiling hot afternoon, the kids ran non stop while we sat on blankets/towels and ate and drank the sunny afternoon away. When we got home i started running the bath and called out to Alex to come and have a bath...he was in a mood about leaving - he yelled out NO....i ignored it... bathed Erin and Zack and went to check on him and found him in his pjs, in bed sound asleep !
