the day before....

.... BIG SCHOOL ! It had crossed my mind about just spending the day with Alex alone but i don't really understand the separating of siblings, i couldn't have fun with one wondering if the other is ok or really enjoying myself without the other ...actually when we went to get his school shoes and Erin stayed home as she was sick, even Alex unpromted said to me that it felt funny without Erin..... so we decided to spend it together as a family ! We planned a trip on the train and ferry to Luna Park, The kids went to bed excited ! Then at 11pm the heavens opened and it rained and rained and rained...Shaun suggested i check it was open and sadly it was closed ....Luna Park was called off ! It was still raining but we headed off to the city anyway .... we went to Chinatown and up to Galaxy World above Paddys Market. We played in there for ages, the kids won a small prize then we went and had chinese for lunch. We wandered around Sydney for a while and luckily the rain held off !
